I didn’t grow up with a camera in my hand. I started to really, truly appreciate photography about 10 years ago. I loved how it could capture emotion and make you feel exactly like the people in the photograph. I could look at a beautiful photo of two people laughing and my heart would smile. Photography moved me. Several years ago after meeting my husband I decided I wanted to really learn the technical side of photography so that I could have beautiful photos of my family, in the present, for the future. After second shooting numerous times with several wedding photographers I fell into wedding photography. I’m completely in love with my job. I love my clients. I love seeing their smiles, their laughs, their love.

Fun Facts:
- I’m crazy about my husband. The mere thought of being without him in life makes me cry… uncontrollably.
- I love candles, ribbons, ruffles, oversized flowers, and hearts.
- I love words: quotes, lyrics, all of it.
- Pink is my favorite color, surprised aren’t you?!
- My chocolate labrador, Dagney (aka ‘the most awesome dog ever’), is 10 years old and I keep telling myself she’s going to live forever. She has to live forever.
- I love avocados. And cupcakes. But not together.
- Once upon a time I was a cop.
- I lived in Texas the first 20 years of my life. Gig ‘Em Aggies!
- In the past 10 years I’ve lived in 3 states and 7 cities.
- I used to dream of being a psychologist… and a counselor at a church. I even considered going to seminary.
